Obamanation?

Forgive me if I am wrong, but isn't it kind of a self absorbed view to think that if Obama becomes President it is going to be the end of the world? Today in the office all the ladies are talking about how depressed they are because they are pretty sure Obama is going to win. But they are excited because they are sure that Obama winning will bring the return of Christ. It seems to me that that is a narrow point of view. The United States of America is not the only nation in the world. There are billions of other people in the world and hundreds of other nations (some with worse leaders). The election is a big deal, but is it really that big of a deal? I think the ladies in the office need to chill out.
